The City of Meadow is excited to announce the launch of its new online bill pay system, making it easier and more convenient than ever for residents to pay their utility bills. Beginning November 6th, the city will partner with Municipay to provide secure online and phone payment options that fit every resident’s needs and schedule.
Residents will now have three convenient payment options:
Online: Visit the City of Meadow website and click the “Pay My Bill” link.
Mobile App: Access the payment portal directly through the City of Meadow mobile app.
By Phone: Call 806-304-0690 to process your payment through the automated system.
Each method is designed with ease and accessibility in mind. The same small fees apply to all digital payments:
Debit/Credit Card: 2.75% fee with a $2 minimum
ACH Payment: $2 flat fee
In addition, Spanish translation is available, ensuring all residents can easily navigate and use the new system.
